Welcome to ER Excavating, a family-owned business providing utility and excavation on construction projects in West Virginia. Owner Eugene Rinker has more than forty years experience working with telephone and excavating in the Moorefield area. His wife Brittany manages all of the internal jobs and office work. Eugene and Brittany reside in Old Fields with their three children. Their family values lead to great quality and professionalism, which is their key foundation in acquiring contracts.
